In einer gro\u00dfen, gut ausgebutterten Gratinform verteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Vanillezucker und Zucker mischen und \u00fcber die \u00c4pfel streuen. Aprikosenkonfit\u00fcre und die H\u00e4lfte des Apfelsaftes verr\u00fchren und auf den \u00c4pfeln verteilen.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4pfel im auf 180\u00b0C vorgeheizten\u00a0 Ofen auf der zweituntersten Rille backen, bis sie leicht zerfallen (nach ca. 50 min.). Von Zeit zu Zeit mit dem restlichen Apfelsaft betr\u00e4ufeln. Die \u00c4pfel ausk\u00fchlen lassen und anschlie\u00dfend p\u00fcrieren. Etwas Apfelmus beiseite stellen.<\/p>\n<p>Das Toastbrot d\u00fcnn entrinden, dabei kleinere Scheiben halbieren und gro\u00dfe in ca. 4 cm breite schneiden. In einer beschichteten Pfanne das Brot portionenweise in der hei\u00dfen Butter hellbraun r\u00f6sten. Wichtig: Nicht alle Butter auf einmal in die Pfanne geben, sondern ebenfalls portionieren.<\/p>\n<p>Die Auflaufform (Durchmesser 17-18 cm) ausbuttern. Boden und Formenrand mit ger\u00f6steten Brotstreifen auslegen. Die H\u00e4lfte des Apfelp\u00fcrees darauf geben und mit Brotstreifen decken. Das restliche P\u00fcree\u00a0 dar\u00fcber verteilen und mit Brotstreifen abschlie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Chartreuse im auf 180\u00b0C vorgeheizten Ofen auf der zweituntersten Schiene ca. 50 min. backen. Ca. 10-15 min. abk\u00fchlen lassen, dann aus der Form auf eine Platte st\u00fcrzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Chartreuse mit dem beiseite gestellten Apfelp\u00fcree bestreichen.
